Slow connection after reboot

Firmware Version : 0.6.0 2.8 v000c.0 Build 130828 Rel.38099n
ISP : TMNet
Sometimes, after reboot the modem, it take quite long to connect to the internet, sometimes which only took a few seconds, the duration to connect is random.
Any solution or anything that caused this problem? TQ
