TL-WR720N router all lights flash in a sequence from left to right

My TL-WR720N router has an issue. All lights flash in a sequence starting from left to right. Nothing works. I cannot connect to the router and I cannot even reset it to factory defaults. I press the reset button for more then 5 seconds but the lights keep flashing in the same sequence.
Is the router dead? Can I recover it somehow?
