Please, add to system log, if the firewall rule bann one or more ip from LAN/WAN.
Add the log the rule properties, and the banned IP values:
Like this:

UDP-FLOOD Packets Threshold filter is enabled, max value xxxx, banned IP(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) value: yyyy
or
UDP-FLOOD filter is enabled, banned IP(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) value: yyyy more than enabled max value xxxx



Now i to struggle more than one hour, while find, why bann my kinder PC from local lan :-)
