Model: Deco P9
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.1 Build 20240716 Rel. 60900

Hi, welcome to our community.

You may refer to the guide to check the link speed on your PC and share the screenshot of the result here if you need further suggestions.

And here is the related guide for slow speed issue for your reference: Troubleshooting Slow Internet Speed with Deco Devices

Thank you and best regards.

As I said i have the deco in AP mode and the pc is connected through plc + wifi (5G). I don't know the cat of the ethernet cable tbh, it doesn't say anything in it.

Hi, thanks for your update.

Sorry, I misundertood your words before. So you desktop is connected to the Deco wirelessly, right?

For the wireless and powerline backhaul, they only work among Decos and other clients can not join.

If your computer is wirelessly connected to Deco, please follow this guide to check link speed again.

It is also sincerely suggested to contact local techical support for direct help, if the troubleshooting guide is hard to understand.

Best regards.

I have the pc connected via ethernet cable to one of the p9. The p9's are linked through plc + wifi (5G) (the other one is connected to the router through ethernet cable).
