I didn't try on other devices but IoT

I hardly ever use a pc anymore nearly 99% from android (phone or table ot times) 

I found a workaround for the problem (as a meanwhile fix until the problem get fixed) 

To set the device high priority on that automatically turn the limit off, then turning the priority off (that part works great on all networks so far). 

Maybe I'll submit the app log later (I belive I'll have time in a minute or two.

I think the work PC might not support hevc codes so the video was blank. Would there be any chance you can attach a standard mp4 format video clip together with the Deco APP?
