Plugging in Powerline causes wireless router to crash
Region : UnitedKingdom
Model : TL-PA211
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP : TalkTalk
Hi.
I have a TalkTalk wireless router (DSL-3680). It works perfectly wirelessly. It works perfectly when I plug my laptop into the back of the router and use it wired. BUT, if I plug my TL-PA211 into the back of the router, after about a minute the router seems to crash and reboot itself. This is the 2nd router I've received from TalkTalk because I thought it was the router's fault but now it seems to be down to the PowerLine. I have a few TL-PA211s and they all cause the same issue - even with no other Powerline plugged in - so you would think it would just sit there and do nothing - but it puts the router into a panic state and it reboots, communicates with the Powerline and the reboots again.
Any thoughts?!
Thanks
Andy
