win11 can't sleep when hotspot on

I have Archer T2U Plus, and when I use hotspot turned on, then PC can't go to sleep. Also, yesterday, it couldn't even turn off PC until I had to manually unplug wifi card and then it would turn off.
I installed latest driver, Archer T2U Plus(US) _V1_Win10&Win11 Published Date: 2021-01-21

Hi, welcome to our community.
Here are two pieces of suggestions for your reference:
1. Please go to Device Manager, find the Properties option of the NIC of the adapter, and uncheck “Allow computer to turn off this device to save power” in the “Power Management” tab.
2. Test the adapter in another computer.
Best regards.
