WPA4220 not working

I have set this up successfully in the past but it stopped working. Now I am trying to set it up with the aid of the youtube video. At 1.07 of the video it tells me that the two lights on the small adaptor should flash. They don't; the middle light does nothing; the top and bottom ones are lit. Any clues?
