Deco X10 (3 pack) Blinking Blue Light

Firmware Version: 1.1.7

I recently bought the following from Amazon:

TP-Link Deco X10(3-pack) AX1500Mbps Whole Home Mesh WiFi 6 System

One of the units has a flashing blue light and refuses to connect to the other two units.

I have connected a laptop to the unit and it is not getting a connection to the internet.

What should I do?
