I'm having an incredibly frustrating issue with both my TP link access points for the last few days where the webGUI only half loads. TP LINK WA701N and WA701ND both running stock firmware. See pics...

I type the IP address of the router / AP into a browser and the GUI just doesnt load properly. It authenticates just fine, sometimes I get the whole GUI loading perfectly but that is 1 in 100 times. I'm trying to set 3 APs to broadcast the same SSID all with static IPs, gateways are set etc (when I can get in ofc). The thing is, the UI loads but always a different amount of GUI is rendered the browser (doesnt work at all in Chrome or FF, but IE it half works!). It's different every refresh.

I'm loosing my mind as I've configured routers successfully for years, and am techincally proficient. Just looking for someone to ask the basic Qs that I've obviously missed. Ideally all I want to do is just get the damn things working so I can put gargoyle on them!!!!!

Cheers.

PS - DHCP server is set to off on all devices except for my ISP modem (provided by Sky UK).

Do you have any firewall software or antivirus on your computer?

Thank you for your reply but I have tried all the basic stuff like that, with the exception of setting my ethernet port a static ip and removing the network from the equation entirely.

It's completely random how much information gets loaded each time, the below video is on Windows but I have tried from Mac and Linux as well with the same results.

same here on 7210

Same problem on an 7210. It's just uncomprehensible.
It's random, usually after some time from a reboot, not immediately.
Best of all, when in WISP client mode there is no watchdog timer to set (even on a false ip to provoke a timed reset after n attempts pinging an nonexisting address, if you get what i mean!!!)...
Still, most of the time, traffic passes through even at a slower rate, which is also wierd...
Conclusions, there must be an overflow on a -who knows what stack- on the embedded UI web server... Nothing more to it !!
Maybe an upgrade solves this issue?
Thanks for reading this.
