if I unplug/rest whole system it connects via wifi for a few mins and has internet.(then loses internet and rest of network if reconnect or attach another device via wifi)
originally wpa281 was set as a different wifi network.
I have now set it up as same ssid and different wifi channel. it was working when I tested last night(2 hour test, not tried yet this morning)
my setup is belkin F9J1102 adsl router > belkin hd powerline F5D4076uk > wpa281
the belkin router is due to be replaced this week.
I would much prefer the AP to be running on a different ssid

I have just noticed TP-link are about to release the TL-PA8010 AV1000 Gigabit Powerline Adapter. What is the full Spec on it? does it do 5ghz?(I use 5ghz for an external/outdoor pc with yagi antenna)
If ADMIN want to send me a TL-PA8010 for free, ill beta test it lol

You can see Spec here
http://www.broadbandbuyer.co.uk/Shop/ShopDetail.asp?ProductID=17675
I'm afraid not supporting 5ghz, it's not a wireless Adapter.

Does the AP side of the wpa281 require a network name?
the wpa281 control panel network name is blank when I pair it to my belkin HD powerlines.
if I enter a value it disconnects from the rest of the power line network.
if I pair them all wired connection works fine(using the pair buttons)
However When I connect to the WPA281 AP I cannot get access to the internet or the router.
if I connect to the router via wireless I can get access to the wpa281 I.P address/control panel
It looks like the AP on the WPA281 is not accessing the powerline network/dhcp correctly?

I have just tested the wpa281 with a tl-pa2010p. the AP works fine with no network name.
The tl-pa2010p powerline adapter is seen in powerline > stations settings
however NONE of my belkin hd powerlines are seen in this menu( powerline > stations settings(even though they are there and work as they should full network access via rj45.
setup now is router > tl-pa2010p > wpa281 > belkin powerline HD
The ACCESS point part of the wpa281 is does not see the Belkin powerline HD network.
However the wpa281 powerline side (rj45) see's the belkin powerlin hd network side.
Is there anyway too sort this ?

I am at a loss on this, I have now changed setup from router > tl-pa2010p > wpa281 > belkin powerline HD TO router > belkin powerline hd > wpa281 > belkin powerline HD
And now seems to be working (Tp-link diagnostics still do not show powerlines)

AP side of WPA281 not working correctly
router > wpa281 > tl-pa2010p Working fine on rj45
router > wpa281 > Belkin powerline HD Working fine on rj45
router > tl-pa2010p > belkin powerline HD Working fine on rj45
router > wpa281 > belkin powerline HD Working fine on rj45
router > belkin powerline HD > wpa281 Working fine on rj45
All Above tests wifi was enabled but would not connect to internet SEE BELOW
router > tl-pa2010p > wpa281 > belkin powerline HD Working fine on wifi and rj45
TEST setup Router > belkin powerline HD > wpa281 (rj45 works fine)
PC's will connect To AP and hold connection if router/belkin powereline hd/wpa281 are powered off then on(if done straight away). However if a second/more pc's are connected to AP at a later time, Then wifi connection says "no internet connection"/limited. (rj45 still works and always works on wpa281). Rj45 always gives internet connection.
On above setup wpa281 AP is on 192.168.1.114 Router is 192.168.1.1
Connected via rj45(on ether wpa281 or belkin hd powerline) I can ping both the router and the wpa281.
Connected via wireless on the router I can also ping router and the WPA281.
Connected to WPA281 wireless AP I can ping the AP but not the router(192.168.1.1)
I have changed to various wireless channels wireless signal strength is always good to excellent depending on how close I am to
the AP.
How do I sort this???
router > wpa281 > tl-pa2010p Working fine on rj45
