Ok, so you have a 4G/5G router with a SIM card and mobile data plan from T-Mobile, right?
If that was the case, then I think there is very little chance for you to get a public IPv4 address that would allow you to have an open NAT type. Mobile carriers were among the first to stop providing public IPv4 addresses to their customers and use CG-NAT instead.
But you could still contact T-Mobile and ask them if they are able to provide a solution to you. Maybe you are lucky.

@woozle i contacted them and i can't. do you think that buying a router that i can use a sim with will fix my problem?

If the Internet provider has implemented a CG-NAT at their side, then there is nothing the router at home can do about it.
