TP-Link DecoXE75 AXE5400 Upload Speed Slow

When speed tested on Windows 11 PC and iPhone 15, upload speed is around 5 mbps. I am currently paying for 300mbps upload speed. My download speed is fine but upload speed is very low.
On the Windows 11 PC, the upload speed stayed the same on both wired and wireless tests.
I have QoS disabled.
I have tried turning off UPNP and SIP ALG with no results.
What else can I do? Can I get in contact with a support engineer?

Hi, Thank you very much for the quick reply.
I'd like to follow up on your case via email and ask the engineer for more help.
Please check whether you have received my email address.
In the meantime, Have you tried to connect the wired Windows PC11 via an Ethernet cable to the Xfinity modem to see whether you could receive the expected upload speed?
-If yes, you could refer to this link to clone the MAC address of the PC on the Deco-How to Configure MAC Clone on Deco
Moreover, if the Xfinity modem is connected to the top Ethernet port on the main Deco XE75, please try to connect the modem to the middle/bottom Ethernet port.
Best regards.

Hi, welcome to the community.
May I know who your internet service provider is?
Can you share some screenshots of the speed test over Deco here?
-If possible, please try to change different speed test servers.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

@David-TP
Hi, my ISP is Xfinity.
Here is a screenshot over wifi of a speed test. This was on my PC and is about 10 feet and a wall away from the router. The server for this speedtest is in my city.
