My ISP uses PPPoE and their default DNS is 8.8.8.8
1.1.1.1
So do i need to
setup these DNS in DHCP *dns setting ? if yes what benefits i will get?

It makes sense to setup DNSs in DHCP *dns setting only if you want to use different than these of your ISP.
