Hi,

 

I recently reset my phone due to updating to Android 15 & currently in the process of logging in to apps again. Unfortunately I can't login to my Deco app as it's trying to send the code to my trusted device, which I can't do as I've reset my phone. How can I get around this to be able to log back in?

Thank you very much for your help on this, silly me completely missed the "send via email option". All sorted now & logged back in.

Hi, welcome to the community.

According to the description, it is still the same mobile phone with a system reset once, right?

Have you tried to receive the 2FA authentication code via email?
