According to the official website, the language only means this firmware is applicable for many languages, not standing for changing language. 

If that still confusing, It is also suggested to contact local technical support for further confirmation.

If so, I am afraid it is not related to the firmware version.

It is about country version of your product. As you shared, it is JP version.
