Deco App needs some work

I am using Deco from quite some time. I have noticed that certain functions takes either a long time or fails ultimately.

1. Changing DNS ALWAYS fails.

2. Turning off certain functions doesn't work

3. Certain features takes time to load.

4. Sometimes, even when Deco are online, the app shows offline.

There is a lot of work to be done in Deco app.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Can I have the current firmware of Deco X10 and the APP version?

In the meantime, could you please help check more details:

1. Changing DNS ALWAYS fails.

---Did you try to change the DNS server under DHCP or IPV4 DNS server under Internet?

2. Turning off certain functions doesn't work

---May I know what certain functions are that didn't work?

Current Firmware is : 1.1.7 Build 20240911 Rel. 53484
App Version: 3.8.145

1. Yes. I follow the same procedure all the time for IPV4. It fails. even for IPv6. I had to try 4-5 times to set DNS.

2. I meant that many a times the features don't load, that means it shows "loading circle" and sometime shows that Deco isn't online, even when it is.
