Deco BE65Pro(1.0) stuck in solid yellow
Deco BE65Pro(1.0) stuck in solid yellow

Hi,
One of my three Deco BE65Pro(1.0) is stuck with the yellow led, always on.
I tried resetting from fabric but it doesn't work.
I also tried recovering the firmware and when I do it with HTTP Uboot method, it says the upgrade failed and that I chose the wrong file.
The problem is that I'm confused with the hardware version my deco has, because the base says S/N: Y2410???????? US/1.6, which would be version 1.6, but when I enter the management interface of the device and see the info of the other two decos, the model is Deco BE65Pro(1.0) which would be version 1.0.
Also, the problem is that the latest version that the 3 decos where updated to (even the one that is stuck with the yellow led) was firmware version "1.1.0 Build 20241110 Rel. 19378" that is only available for hardware version 1.6.
I hope you can help me,
Thanks,

Hi, welcome to the community.
V1.6 is equal to V1.0 and 1.1.0 Build 20241110 is the correct and latest firmware for Deco BE65 Pro_V1.6.
Did it help if you try to recover to the 1.0.6 version here:

By the way, how long have you had the BE65 Pro and did the solid yellow issue just start recently?
-Is there something you think that might be relevant to the solid yellow LED, such as a power outage, storm, or something else?
Wait for your reply and best regards.
so I noticed this usually happens for me when attempting to unplug the device and move it to a different location .. it has also happened to me when factory resetting all 3 devices, for whatever reason, the one satellite doesn't like to come back up... it's as if the other two devices will reset but the third one doesn't get the message and gets stuck trying to remain in the old network. I did some tests while it was in this state, and the deco still sends signals via Ethernet. but does not have any type of wireless signal at all... at one point I detected it using 192.168.0.55 even though my network was using a different subnet.... also I should mention that this has been an issue with me since day one, but it seems to get worse over time.. at first it just takes longer than the others to reset. but eventually it will take so long that it just gets stuck..@David-TP
