When I bought the device, I was able to log in to the router interface, but then there was a problem with my internet, and my ISP solved it, but after that, when I wanted to log in to the router interface via site or via tether app in my phone, I cannot, because through the thther appthe device does not appear and via the website it does not open, this proplem is still even when i rebot my router. please help
It sounds like your ISP may have changed some network settings that are preventing you from accessing your router’s interface. Here are some steps to troubleshoot and regain access:
* Type the following command in the Command Prompt in Windows computer : ipconfig and press Enter.
* Type the following command in the Terminal app in Apple computers : netstat -nr | grep default and press Enter. Look for the Default Gateway (e.g., 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1). Type the default gateway ip in the browser to access your router interface.
