Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. Restart both the GE800 and the RE800BE, as well as the Xbox.

2.Ensure all Ethernet cables are securely connected.

3.Check for firmware updates for both the GE800 and RE800BE.

4.Make sure there are no IP conflicts. Ensure that the Xbox is getting an IP address from the GE800.

5.Some settings may isolate the media bridge from the main network. Check if there are any isolation settings enabled.

6.If issues persist, you might consider reset and configuring the RE800BE again.
