hi every one im new here so i might be writing in the wrong place but i got a problem i think.

i upgraded my ISP from 200/20 to 500/250, ever since then my deco WIFI isn't that good i get 220/100 if im lucky. i have as a main deco the (Deco X10) and two satellites One Deco X10 and One Deco M4 on all Deco with Ethernet i get the full speed of 500/250 but the wifi is off, i have hard reset them 2-3 times and settup them again from the start, i have change from Router mode to Access point mode but nothing change. Any Help??

Hi, welcome to the community.

It is also suggested to refer to this link to check the wireless link speed on mobile devices:

(Please make sure mobile devices are connected to the 5GHz band)

How to check the associated/link speed on a wireless client

 

Please also check the QoS has been disabled or set to 500250 Mbps download/upload.

I noticed you tried to set Deco into AP mode so there might be an extra ISP router. If the ISP router supports a WiFi network, how much wireless speed you could get from the ISP router?

hi and thanks for the reply

my Deco Don't have QOS in the app or in there site menu plus im only working 5Ghz on my iPhone 15 pro max,

connected to my isp router i get the full speed (have it off because of deco) 500/250. i tried testing the speed with one deco at a time but same results.

plus the 2 deco i use in rooms are with Ethernet to my pc and device's witch get the full speed of 500/250 just the WiFi is half speed's
