Changing the Firmware

I have purchased a TD-W8961N modem router, with the firmware in Turkish language, without the possibility of changing the interface language and I suspect that it will not allow you to define another provider of the ADSL connection service other than the one in Türkiye. Can I install other firmware, in Spanish or English, that allows me to perform the configurations?

First, you have to look at the bottom sticker of your TD-W8961N and determine its FW region - details.
If your region is (EU), you can update its FW from here. If the FW region doesn't match then you could receive an error message during the update process.
If you have a customized FW from a local ISP, this could be the reason that you have your modem WebGUI in Turkish language only.

In the previous message it referred to version 3, according to what the characteristics of the equipment showed on the configuration web page, however, on the router label it appears as version 4.0. In the router model I omitted the distribution; it actually appears as TD-W8961N(TR), obviously, specific to Türkiye. Will I be able to use the equipment in America by changing the firmware? Which firmware could be used?

Judging by the Turkish support portal you have the local market version (TR) v3 - detals.
The only thng you can try is to update the the modem router FW with the TD-W8961N(EU)_V3_180118 version if it allows that.
Worst case scenario is to receive an error message during the update process.
Nevertheless I think you can still use the device but the culprit would be that its WwebGUI would be in Tuurkish language.
