Hello guys when iam using my 5g phone hotspot to 5ghz it doesnt show in my pc how to solve it anyone know.

2nd. HEy guys befoire iakm getting 50-70 mbps in my adapter but due to some malware issue i have to reset my pc so when i reinstall my windows and using internet it just cmg 4-10mbps how to solve it i have do everything anyone suggest some ways.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

For your first question, if you can see 5GHz network from other network devices, maybe the 5GHz Hotspot of your phone is working on a channel that that adapter does not support, such as the EU version adapters don't support band 4 over 5GHz yet. It is recommended to set the 5GHz of the main router on band 1(channel 36-48).

 

For your second question, you may test on another computer if possible.

It is also suggested to follow the steps in the guide to troubleshoot: What should I do if the TP-Link network adapter is not working properly in my computer?
