Hello, i just bougth a TL-SG105-M2 to upgrade my home network (2 floors) but i cannot see the equivalent product with 16 ports.

It will be a problem if i buy two TL-SG108-M2 and link togheter even if i'll "lose" 2 ports?

TL-SG105-M2 (2nd floor) <============> TL-SG108-M2 <---> TL-SG108-M2 (1st floor)

Otherwise, which model should I buy with 16 ports and speeds of at least 2.5Gb?

There's no switch model with 16 ports and speeds of at least 2.5Gb, so the connection you mentioned should work just fine.
