Does everyone else have the same trouble getting customer support?

I've got a new VR400 - Having trouble with connecting what should be a simple play&play set-up.

Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!

Here's a setup video for VR400. You should be able to contact support if you need here. I f they don't answer you can use the mail form.
