Possible Solutions:
The root cause still requires further confirmation at this time. We will keep the community updated once there is any improvement.
In the meantime, our engineer has provided a bridge firmware that allows for a downgrade from version 1.8.0 to the official version 1.6.4 without a factory reset so the original network configurations will not be messed up.

Tried to upload a screenshot but couldn't. The above URL shows it. I turned it all off and restarted the decos.

@David-TP What a mess TPLINK! I spent HOURS figuring out why my new notebook was not working properly in my wifi. HOURS.
Then I realized Prime Video and Netflix had problems and found the firmware issue. Rolled back ok and now is working.
Firmware 1.8.0 is the TPLINKs Cloudstrike class failure. Please, no more

Is it still possible to download 1.8.0 firmware, and if so where is the download link?

Hi David. Thanks for your reply but that was not my question. I want the link where I can downolad firmware 1.8.0, not the beta to reverse an earlier upgrade.
Greetings

Hello! Are TP-Link anywhere closer to a solution yet, please?
I'm uncomfortable trying to revert my M9 units back to the older firmware using some beta software, and would prefer to wait for a full formally tested solution to be produced.
For the moment I have taken my M9 units out of use, and am relying on my M5 units instead - but the network coverage is sub-optimal :(
So it would be much appreciated to have some idea when a full resolution for this might be expected?
Thank you!

Hi, sorry for the misunderstanding. Due to the feedback, 1.8.0 has been pulled from the official websites.
I might need to check with the engineer to see whether I can get a download link. By the way, would there be any specific reason that you still wish to install the 1.8.0?
Thank you very much and best regards.

Hi, I haven't received an update yet. I'm afraid the new firmware version might still need some time.
Best regards.
