The router doesn't have wifi. Please remember that Deco shows 930/930 when it's connected to the router and in AP mode. That eliminates the cable too. (but I tried a couple different cables and BE95 ports).

Hi, thank you very much for the details.
Can I have the model number of the Verizon main DHCP router without WiFi?
For now, I didn't have any other suggestions either. It is suggested to send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with some screenshots of the speedtest results on the Samsung mobile phones, then I can escalate your case to the senior engineer for further assistance.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

The issue has resolved itself.
I still don’t fully understand what was causing the problem, but as of now, the BE85 is working as expected.
Most likely, the culprit was the UCG Ultra.
I switched to the UCG Fiber and connected a CAT5 cable from the ONT to the “Fiber” WAN port using a 10G SFP+ RJ45 module.
Somehow, this resolved all of the issues.

@David-TP 5 of my 7 Sony TV's have stopped connecting after installing this update, they simply will no longer connect to the main network. They do continue to be able to connect to the IoT SSID though.

Hi, does your Sony TVs support 5 GHz? Would there be any error message when they can't connect to the main Network?
Compared with the main WiFi network, I wonder if the smart TVs might prefer the 2.4GHz-only IoT network.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.
