Here is how I did it.  If you have manually installed beta I think the app can't update it. Remember to install from UK local site.

Thanks, on 1.0.8 so not Beta, was just hoping to see the update available via the app work rather than upgrading manually.

Thanks for the info, mine finally showed 1.1 as available earlier this week and the auto install overnight went fine, so all good.

The latest update BE65_V1_1.1.0 is great. However, until now I only need the channel selection feature and disabled 2.4G backhaul, which both are very useful.

Is there an estimate when will Deco BE65 V1 get the next beta BE65_V1_1.1.X? The BE65_V2 is already many steps forward in firmware updates and I don't understand why V1 get upgrades about a year behind V2. There most likely are new features in V2 that also are planned for V1, aren't there?

Thanks for your response. The channel selection feature works great in my BE65 V1.

My question was related to the next beta release for BE65 V1. BE65 V2 got the official 1.1.0 major update in early November 2024. BE65 V1 got the same feature upgrade almost 5 months later in late March 2025.

BE11000/BE63/BE65_V2/V2.6 are already in 1.1.7 while BE65_V1 is still hanging in 1.1.0. I understand that BE65 V1 is about 6 months behind the other parallel models (V2).

It would be great to know the plans in which schedule BE65 V1 will get the beta for the upgrades up to 1.1.7. I think there are many improvements in 1.1.x for example wired and 2.4 GHz backhaul improvements, mesh stability and other performance improvements.

So it seems the BE65 V1 is 6 months and 7 steps behind the V2 model. Are there plans if BE65 V1 updates will stay 6 months behind the V2 models also in the future and when would it be possible to get the next alpha/beta 1.0.x update for BE65 V1?
