Hi,

I have a router configured in bridge mode and 2 Deco AX1500 in router mode.

The main Deco is connected with ethernet to the ISP router in bridge mode, the second Deco is connected via Wi-Fi.

The main Deco restarts 3-4 times a day randomly. It happened, and I returned the product, and the shop sent me another Deco X10, but I have the same problem with the new one.

AFAIK the second Deco isn't restarting and is working fine.

Scheduled reboots are disabled.

 

Are there any known incompatibilities, firmware bugs, or anyone else with this problem?

Could you please leave me a message about the SN number on the Deco X10 which is randomly starting?

Did you notice any LED change during the auto-restart?

 

You could refer to this link to set this unit as the satellite Deco to see whether it behaved the same: How to replace the main Deco with another Deco

I wonder whether certain mobile clients caused the auto-restart when it worked as the main Deco.

I haven't seen you mentioned this issue earlier. Did Deco X10 start randomly auto-rebooting just recently?

Did you have the issue on one Deco only or all Deco X10 units?

 

Another suspicion would be that, Deco X10 was unstable and you need to restart Deco"Multiple times daily" to restore the internet connection. Which one would be more like your situation?

The LED is the same as a normal startup.

 

I suspected that the problem was a Google Pixel 8 Pro and have disconnected it from the Wi-Fi. Since then, there have been no more reboots.

Is there any known incompatibility?
