VR400 / Tether App
Hello.
I have been using the tether app for over a year to manage my son's internet access.
Recently i had to suddenly change my phone which resulted in me losing information. Anyway i redownloaded the tether app and it wouldnt log me in and asked me to change my password which i have done via the tplink website, however i cannot login with this password nor my original password to the tether app.
It is telling me to do a factory reset which i do not know how to undertake. Please can somebody help?
