AX3000 not joining through poiwerline units

I have wireless internet.  The  modem/router that came with the NBN wireless service was NF18ACV

This unit has developed problems with telephone connection.  To overcome this issue I purchases a TPlink AX3000

I have two powerline units TP-Link AV2000.  These worked perfectly with the NBN router.  But the AX3000 although connected to WIFI, does not connect the internet.

So, NF18ACV perfect.  AX3000 useless.

Can anyone assist?

Hi,

Could you please post the exact "Model:" description that is printed on the serial number label of your "TP-Link AX3000" device?

Also, is your "TP-Link AV2000" the version with or without Wi-Fi?

Have you already tried power-cycling the two AV2000 Powerline units? (i.e. remove both from the wall sockets and then plug them back in)

@rogerboy That you for your advice/request

The AX3000 model is Archer AX53(EU) version 2.0. The serial number is 22435E3000809

The AV2000 units work fine (and transmit the internet) when I use my old Netcomm wireless modem/router so the problem is certainly with the AX3000

So, originally there was a network cable connected to the blue WAN port of the NF18ACV.

You unplugged that cable and connected it to the blue WAN port of the Archer AX53 instead.

Then you configured the "Internet Connection Type" as per your Internet provider's requirement. (most likely PPPoE with username and password)

But the Archer AX53 still has no Internet.

Is that correct?

Are you using the AV2000 adapters for the connection between the ISP device and the blue WAN port of the Archer AX53? Or between one of the yellow LAN ports and your computer (or whatever other device you are using)?
