AX3000 not joining through poiwerline units

I have wireless internet. The modem/router that came with the NBN wireless service was NF18ACV
This unit has developed problems with telephone connection. To overcome this issue I purchases a TPlink AX3000
I have two powerline units TP-Link AV2000. These worked perfectly with the NBN router. But the AX3000 although connected to WIFI, does not connect the internet.
So, NF18ACV perfect. AX3000 useless.
Can anyone assist?

In this case the AV2000 adapters should be able to work. I have an AX53 and a pair of TL-PA9020P myself and they work well.
When replacing a router the only thing that might be required for TL-PA**** type adapters is to restart the Powerline adapters (i.e. unplug from the sockets and then plug back in).
In case of a TL-WPA**** adapter (with Wi-Fi) that was configured with a "Static IP" address it would have to be either reconfigured to comply with the LAN subnet of the AX53 router or just reset them to factory default settings (small "Reset" button).
If the above doesn't help, then some troubleshooting will be required.
- Connect a computer to the LAN port of the AX53 that is going to be used for the AV2000 adapter and verify the computer can obtain Internet via that LAN port.
- Unplug the other AV2000 adapter that is not connected to the AX53 and then plug it into a wall socket that is very near to the AV2000 adapter that connects to the AX53 (best would be to have both AV2000 right next to each other). Now check again whether Internet is available through the AV2000 adapters.
If all that doesn't make it work, then I don't know what would.

Hi,
Could you please post the exact "Model:" description that is printed on the serial number label of your "TP-Link AX3000" device?
Also, is your "TP-Link AV2000" the version with or without Wi-Fi?
Have you already tried power-cycling the two AV2000 Powerline units? (i.e. remove both from the wall sockets and then plug them back in)

So, originally there was a network cable connected to the blue WAN port of the NF18ACV.
You unplugged that cable and connected it to the blue WAN port of the Archer AX53 instead.
Then you configured the "Internet Connection Type" as per your Internet provider's requirement. (most likely PPPoE with username and password)
But the Archer AX53 still has no Internet.
Is that correct?
Are you using the AV2000 adapters for the connection between the ISP device and the blue WAN port of the Archer AX53? Or between one of the yellow LAN ports and your computer (or whatever other device you are using)?

Oh yes the A3000 has internet and WIFI. But the AV2000 units will not carry these to anoither location using the yellow LAN out to AV2000 to AV2000 to any other device.
The AV2000 units work well using my old router (NF18ACV)
