Hello,
This was the most expensive router I bought and it crashes everyday.
It displays no sim card connection, the wifi stays on.
Also the cell phone app does not display the operator name, it only displays a number 268 02 (4G), should display DIGI PT.
Can this be fixed via firmware upgrade or should I request a refund?

Have you tested with another SIM card?
It is also recommended to check whether the SIM card is firmly connected.
From the current details, the reported issue is more hardware-related.

Yes it was tested with other sim cards but I only noticed the crashes after the last firmware upgrade that's currently installed. Before that it never crashed.

What's your recomendation if it's hardware? warranty?
