NBN modem is working but deco router isnt

A storm had passed leaving my nbn modem and deco router down. days later my nbn modem is working and all green lights but my modem is still red despite being reset and unplugged multiple times through the app. How do I get it to to work

Hi, May I know the model number of your Deco?
Have you tried to set a different Deco as the main Deco?
It is also recommended to refer to Unable to connect to the Internet

Hi, May I know the model number of your Deco?
