Model: Deco S7
Hardware Version: V15
Firmware Version: 1.5.2

Hi TP Link team :)

I'm using the S7 with 2 routers (one as main, another as extension using cable between them).

Before the last firmware upgrade (I don't remember what version I was, sorry), they're working awesome.

But now, with 1.5.2, all devices, in less than 5, 3 minutes, are saying that didn't have internet connection in the WiFi and returns after that.

Due to my usage, it's giving a headache because the streams stops, the meetings drop and return, the web browsing stops and go, also the gaming experience is degraded.

When I use my ISP direct WiFi, it's working without any problem...

Already turned off and on, all devices, some in a order, forgot the WiFi in the devices, etc...

Can I have a light? Rsrsrs. I'd like a lot the Decos, but since last update it's not working so we'll...

Hi, welcome to our community.

When the Deco network got unstable, how about the LED status on all Deco units? And the wireless connection still exists on all wireless devices but no internet, right?

It is suggested to follow steps in the guide to check and share detailed results:  The Main Deco network is unstable or loses internet suddenly.

Thank you and best regards.

Hi   @Marvin_S . Thank you for the answer.

This link I've already tried before, but still losing connection.

Directly from ISP works well, but from any Deco (main or other one) it goes without internet and returns, in less than 1 minute, but I lose all the connections to my services and restart.

It was since from the last update :(

There's any log or way to see if there's an error at the time it happens? Today happened twice (in less than 1 hour) and if there's any log, I could see if it's an error from Deco or from ISP (that is working well).
