AX50 reverting back from DFS to channel 36 after a few minutes. I saw there is a beta firmware mentioned in closed thread. Where can I get this firmware? Thanks

Hi @IR_Sky,
Do you mean the thread: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/624034
This case was reported more than a year ago. Beta firmware may not be applicable to your device.
Please make sure your firmware version has been updated to the latest version. Please tell me the hardware version and firmware version of your device. Also, the regional version, such as US version or EU version?

same issue as in the https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/247708
These DFS channels are free. I need a different channel from the neighbors for my Quest 3 VR and a Virtual Desktop app on my PC

Hi @IR_Sky,
Sorry for the late reply.
The reason why the DFS channel you want to use automatically jumps to channel 36 is most likely that radar signals regularly clear the wireless devices occupying this channel. In this case, there are no additional suggestions.
Another possibility is that the signal quality on the DFS channel is poor or the connection is unstable. In this case, the router will automatically select a more stable non-DFS channel. In this case, you can try to reduce the factors that affect the stability of the DFS channel.

But the router reverting even from non DFS channel 48. All neighbours use default channel.
