Firmware Version: 1.5.2

Hello,

I came for help, did not find any solution somewhere else everyone says update firmware but i run on latest version.

I have no problems while working but when i tur on the game i have lags, imean i get disconnected from the server and after 5 second it connects me back, all the games are the same, Dota 2 , WoT, CSGO, just get random 5 sec lags. Sometimes its 2 times in 10 minutes sometimes its once in 2 hours. I never had these problems before upgrading my DECO. it also hapens while watching films, quality of video suddenly turns low after few seconds it goes back to HD. When i try to downgrade via UI it tells me io need to get new firmware. i found some special downgrade tools but iam not so good at pc and i dont want to damage my DECOs. Some say try beta firmware but i checked everywhere and it looks i have the latest one,.

Any help?

When i try system log there are no errors.

  @Kippaaan

Hi, welcome to the community.

The current 1.5.2 is the latest firmware version for Deco S7.

 For the internet lag issue, How much of your overall internet bandwidth?

Have you tested the online gaming via Ethernet Connection? Would it lag as well?

Currently, It is also suggested to disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beaming" first.

If the Gaming device is connected via WiFi now, please also turn off "Mesh Technology":

Wait for your reply and best regards.

  @David-TP

Hello David,

i had no problem with gaming and watching films until i upgraded firmware, nothing has changed in my setup.

My setups ran smooth, everything is connected via CAT 5E utps, i had no problem before. Speed is 300Mb/s

As I said before, it was ok until i upgraded firmware.

Thank you.

EDIT:

I asked about this on reddit, some users have same experience.
