This version is available at tp-link-support.de/firmware/TL-WDR4300/ with RTSP as file appendix. RTSP if guess correctly should means Real Time Streaming Protocol.
I am also stay on 130617. But curious to know what has been changed in the 131028 version.

I´ve installed this new firmware (2 hours ago) from this link provided above. Simpy solved my problems with DLNA (Serviio).

Now I´m pretty happy with this device.

Why it does not work with Samsung Allshare :(

What else can you see on the web interface that makes this firmware different?

Then perhaps only the DLNA code update. Not official still.

DLNA router WDR4300 works when it is connected to the HDD with the media data. Serviio is DLNA for/from PC.

I tried install version 131028, worked but the problem with upnp not changed. I'm using ubuntu 12.04 with minidlna installed to server and using android to client. After sometime the router crashes (when streaming).
I installed the openwrt and now is working perfect!

If anyone wants to try, follow this tutorials:
