Can I obtain TL-PA8030P alone, not as part of a starter kit?

The instructions with the kit say I can add additional adapters to an existing powerline network. They indicate that the item to add is the TL-PA8030P (which has 3 ethernet ports). Can I obtain these without also buying the TL-PA8010P, which is the other item in the starter kit? Or alternatively, can I use the TL-PA8010P where i would expect to use the TL-PA8030P?
