From your ISP router screenshot I would say that you have a device with a static IP address 192.168.1.100.

Your RE505X is receiving its IP address dynamically (192.168.1.5) - by the ISP router DHCP server.

I would set RE505X with a static IP address 192.168.1.254 and its DHCP sever to off so the only active DHCP server on your LAN is the ISP router.

Yes, that's normal.

This behaviour depends on what mode the RE505X works in - it could be Proxy mode, Universal mode(in your case) or WDS mode - details.

Successfully done that, now it ok..

But now the problem is device connected to range extender showing mac address of range extender.

Example - phone connected to range extender and all devices connected to range extender showing same mac address of range extender in the main router.

Is this normal?

If you've set your RE505X with a static IP address 192.168.1.254 then that's what you see in the ISP router WebGUI as a static allocating.

You can't change the RE505X universal mode. If everything works as expected then do nothing and enjoy.
