Hello,

My tapo C310 camera is stuck on version 1.3.11. I wish to assign this camera a static IP for stable rtsp streaming but that option is only available on my other tapo cameras (those are on version 1.4.4)

P.s. i cannot assign a static ip through my router due to limitations on my ISP provided router

Hi,
The new firmware(v1.4.1) for the Tapo C310 V2 has been fully released. We suggest referring to the following instructions to update the camera's firmware on the Tapo app if needed.
