Hi, 

I don't able to setup the VoIP service with my ISP TIM (Telecom Italy).

 

The Internet connection works properly, but the VoIP didn't.

a work around

It Is a due to a limityation (bug?) of the router fw I think.

Hi  @Marvin_S , many thanks for your suggestion. I've followed the process described in that guide but, unfortunately the VoIP don't run.

 

I followed that guide for TIM as ISP and FTTC technology:

It is suggested to try firmware and check settings in the thread:  Archer VR1210v V2 Fails to Register VoIP and Can’t Call in or out Normally under Italian TIM Line
