Hi, 

I don't able to setup the VoIP service with my ISP TIM (Telecom Italy).

 

The Internet connection works properly, but the VoIP didn't.

a work around

It Is a due to a limityation (bug?) of the router fw I think.

Hi  @Marvin_S , many thanks for your suggestion. I've followed the process described in that guide but, unfortunately the VoIP don't run.

 

I followed that guide for TIM as ISP and FTTC technology:

Hi, thanks for your update.

Upon checking, Archer VR1210v is a customized model by some ISPs only, we can know much less than common DSL modm routers.

For the VoIP setup, it is suggested to contact ISP or local support to feedback if our common guide does not help. Thank you.
