Hi,

I have installed my new router yesterday. The internet is all working fine, but I have two devices directly plugged into the LAN ports at the back, one to a switch which has 3 devices plugged into it and a separate one to a raspberry pi that is running my zigbee2MQTT stuff on it for my home automation.

When I go into setting and network mapping to look at clients to find IPs, I can see all my wireless devices and the 3 wired devices that are plugged into my switch but it doesn't show my two devices that are wired directly to the router (being the switch itself and my pi).

I need to know the IP of the PI in order to be able to have my zigbee devices be able to communicate. While the most simple option would be to plug the pi into the switch, I am worried that the pi would then not have the coverage needed to service all my zigbee devices (as the switch is in one corner of the house and my PI is kept in the middle).

I found directions for someone that had asked the same question in 2016, however the UI on the Web portal has changed since then which means I can't follow the directions as the appropriate links don't exist (I.e. you can't go Advanced > Status anymore)

Thanks for your help. Every light and light switch I have are zigbee so keen to get it back up and running.

Hi  @Bren51

You can try visiting http://raspberrypi.local/ to determine the IP address of your Raspberry Pi.
You can also click here to try more methods.
