I have allocated all the devices at home to various family members but one child's laptop and phone have stopped connecting after a couple of weeks.  The error message is that he has used up all his allocated time but we havent set any limits.  I have double checked the family manager element and no limits are set.  Any one got any clues as so why this has suddenly just started? Not an issue for anyone else in the family.

Hi, welcome to our community.

It is suggested to share us Deco app log according to this thread using the email address you registered on the community.

Then you may delete parental control profiles and recreate one profile for your child's phone and laptop to observe the problem.
