X50-5G unreachable and powers off
I've had my X50-5g for some time it was working perfectly, but now it only powers on and displays the yellow light then it powers off after a few minutes, and is completely unreachable via the app.

May I know how long you have had the Deco X50-5G?
Does it respond to factory reset-holding the reset pinhole at the bottom for 1s?
It is also suggested to plug it into a different power socket in case the issue is caused by the power supply.
