Hi AdamK5,
Can I confirm, is your internet connection VDSL/FTTC?
Currently, only the VR series DSL modem router supports MER/Option 61 in DSL modem mode. If your internet service provider requires this setting, please select the "Sky(MER)_VDSL" profile during the Quick Setup then continue configuring according to the prompts.
But SKY doesn’t allow third-party modem to connect, therefore we cannot ensure that our modem will definitely work with SKY.

Most should do, you need an AX model for FTTP although the VR's also work set to dynamic or PPOE.
It's best to read up on Sky forums where you will find if you need to use a password or set the Vlan to 0 or 101 or any other particular number Sky uses.
If you want Wifi6E or 7 then the BE range is where you need to look.

Hi,
The cable that comes from the fiber junction box and then goes into the Sky router, what is that port on the Sky router labeled?
Do you have the precise model name of the Sky router?
