I download the SETUP, it does not find my adapter.

But, this adapter works with an other computer. I The op.sys is WIN10 PRO, too.

I've 2 adapters and everything is same. They does not blinking in the new pc and blinking and works in the old.

Ok. That is the first version of the TL-WN722N, which uses an Atheros chip.

The driver for it can be found here. https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/download/tl-wn722n/v1/#Driver

If it still doesn't install automatically, then try to install the driver manually via the Device Manager and point Windows to the folder "\Driver Files\Windows 8 64bit" of the unzip'd driver package.

Hi, welcome to our community.

It is suggested to follow this guide to troubleshoot:

Thank you!

But. The problem is, when I try to install the driver,  it says like this: it is not applicable driver.

I downloaded the right ZIP, know its place, browse that directory...

Nothing, just the silent silence...

Hi,

Can you please open the Device Manager, right-click on the "USB2.0WLAN" device, select "Properties". In the Window that opens click the "Details" tab and select Hardware Ids from the drop-down. Then send us one of the lines from the "Value" box.

This will help us determine which driver you need.
