Hi,

I recently set up the internet with this router. The WiFi works well, and the internet connection is stable.

However, when I try to connect my computer via an Ethernet cable, the LAN ports do not show a green light on the router.

 

I cross-checked the issue:

  • Three different devices recognize that the Ethernet cable is connected. 
  • I tested all four LAN ports, but none of them show the green light.
  •  

Is there something I need to enable or activate to get the LAN ports working?

Although wifi runs well, I want to use the physical cable to get faster speed.

Try testing with another cable - factory made, with a good quality of category 5E or higher.

If the ethernet ports still don't work, probably your modem ethernet switch port got faulty.
