Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.6.3 Build 24112112 Rel. 78921

Hi,

I have a Deco X50 mesh network setup with 2 Deco units, and a TP-link D235 video doorbell.

The doorbell keeps going offline when I have the second Deco unit connected. When I take that one offline, the doorbell comes online again and works as expected.

I've also tried a third Deco unit (I only need two at the moment, but the third will be needed in the future), and that seemed to work just fine in the beginning. However, after that one had a firmware update, the D235 went offline again. But when I have only one Deco unit active, with the latest firmware, there aren't any issues.

Currently, I have the main Deco connected to my ISP modem, and the second unit connected by wire to the main Deco.

I have tried al sorts of settings, but nothing seems to work. At the moment the doorbell is configured to only connect to the main Deco via 2.4 GHz at channel 1.

Does anyone know what the issue might be and if it's something I can fix? Otherwise, I will probably have to send either the Deco or the doorbell back :\
