5GSA Free with Deco X50-5G V1

Hi there,
I can connect very well in 5G NSA on the Free network in France, but not in 5G SA.
I read that the modem/router was missing a recent version of the 3GGP protocol (upper than 16). Is that the problem? Do you know whether this is a hardware limitation or whether it's not yet implemented in the firmware?
Are there others in my case?
Best regards

Hi, welcome to the community.
Deco X50-5G should be compatible with both 5G NSA and 5G SA.
Did you use a separate SIM card for the Free 5G SA service plan?
-If yes, Can you share some screenshots of the Internet settings with Free 5G SA sim, such as:
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hi,
No multi sim but an option to activate in my customer portal and 2 3 min wait before the switch on antenna.
You can see the info when sa activated :
But after that, still no connection.
Kind regards,
